Dear Mill Pond Dental Patients, Families and Community,
The health, wellness and safety of you and your family is a top priority for us. 
In response to the evolving concerns regarding the spread of the COVID-19 commonly known as CoronaVirus we are taking health precautions per recommendation of the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), Wolrd Health Organization (WHO) and the Center of Disease Control (CDC).
Measures we are taking to ensure your safety
-We are only treating patients requiring emergency dental procedures -
-Postponing elective dental treatment and procedures.
- We are staying current with CDC, ISDS and WHO guidelines and updates.
- Thorough Medical History updates will be done as usual.
- We will increase our usual highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization by cleaning commonly touched areas after every patient and throughout day.
- Your temperature will be taken prior to starting your appointment
-We will provide you with a Hydrogen Peroxide solution to rinse your mouth prior to starting dental treatment
- We will provide hand sanitizer and soap throughout the office
- Magazines and other communal items (coffee bar) will not be accessible
What you can do to help!
If you have a fever or are showing signs of an upper respiratory infection, such as cough or difficulty breathing, please stay home, call to reschedule your appointment and contact your primary care physician.
If you have traveled to China, South Korea, Italy, Iran or Japan in the last 14 days, we ask that you call and reschedule your appointment
Please arrive to your appointment on time; rather than early to limit the number of people in the reception area. Temporarily please limit extra family members from entering the office. We ask that only one person wait in reception area or in the car. We may text or call when the patient has completed treatment.
We all must work together to help stop the spread of the virus in our communities to keep all our families safe. Please do not hesitate to call, text or email if you have any questions or concerns.

Weather you are a new patient or an existing patient and you have dental related questions, feel free to contact me through DENTULU. I have enrolled with DENTULU which allows you to speak to a dentist through an app your mobile device. Typically there is a fee for this but due to COVID 19 there are NO COST at this time. I strongly believe in supporting our community which is why I will be available for video calls through this app at NO COST. Stay Healthy!
